Matt has the perfect temperament and personality to work with seniors (or anyone of any age, actually). My mother chose him to be her realtor when she decided to sell her home. Matt is patient and takes the time to fully answer questions and explain the sales process. He is low-key, not pushy, and was always pleasant and professional. Matt went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. I arrived at my mother’s home one day to find Matt touching up paint! He even offered to drive my mother to her appointment with the escrow officer. My mother’s home entered escrow within a week of being listed and closed a day early. Matt made the whole process easy for my mom from start to finish. He arranged to have the donated items picked up, and, after my mother moved in and decided that a couple pieces of furniture would not fit in her new apartment, he, himself, stopped by and removed the furniture for her.
