Matt was the best! I’ve sold and bought quite a few homes here and there. I’ve used the same agent when I was in the North San Diego County area. But he recently retired. I was planning to be represented by one of two other agents when I got a call from Matt. I usually cut short the cold calls, but for some reason I let Matt pitch me. I’m so glad that I did. I could generate a list of the tasks that he did that were way beyond the standard seller’s agent, but the list would be too long.
